Upon receipt of your request, our procedure is to fax an ‘Acknowledgement of Booking’ form to you. Usually this is done on the same day. If your booking has not been acknowledged within several days of dispatch, please contact us. Although infrequent, we have had some instances of booking requests dispatched to us but not received by us. Upon receipt, all bookings are documented and recorded on an itinerary. We will contact you to discuss suitable dates and times. When itinerary details are complete we will forward a confirmation form containing relevant details re our visit to your school. A Teachers Pack containing organizational details, risk assessment statement, work-sheets and stimulus sheets will also be dispatched at this time. All that remains will be for your students to anticipate and enjoy the SOS Aussies School Spectacular.
